Based on meeting minutes, management data, and similar inputs, AI (multiple AI agents) automatically generates a strategic analysis report. **The analysis this service produces is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional (management consultant, lawyer, accountant, etc.).** Before making any important decision, please consult a qualified professional and make your final judgment based on that consultation. ## 2. Disclaimer - We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content in reports this service generates. - AI-based analysis has inherent limitations and may contain flawed reasoning or factual errors. - The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service. - This service is a beta version; its features and specifications may change or be discontinued without notice. ## 3. Data Handling - The content you submit (meeting minutes, management data, Instagram data, etc.) is sent to an external AI API (Google Gemini API, paid tier) for analysis processing. Because this is a paid-tier usage, the data you submit is not used by Google for product improvement or model training (per Google's official policy). - Only the developer can view the input data and the generated analysis results. We do not share or disclose them to any third party. - Input data and generated analysis results are **deleted approximately 7–14 days after the analysis is run**. This period is set as the minimum necessary for service operation, such as investigating the cause of any issues that may occur. - Please download and save the generated reports (the final report and the plain-language guide) yourself. Once the above period has elapsed, the data on our servers will no longer be accessible. - If you plan to enter highly sensitive information (undisclosed management information, personal data, etc.), please use this service with that in mind. ## 4. When Points Remain Unresolved After Review The analysis process built into this service includes multi-stage review by multiple AI reviewers. If, even after repeated review, some points remain where it cannot be confirmed that the reviewers' concerns were adequately addressed, the report will honestly disclose this fact along with the specific unresolved points. Please don't take the analysis results at face value — factor in these disclosures when forming your own judgment. ## 5.
