# Before You Use This Service (Disclaimer & Data Handling Policy)
## 1. About This Service
This service is an invite-only beta developed by an individual developer. Based on the text of your meeting minutes, AI (multiple AI agents) automatically generates a strategic analysis report.
**The analysis this service produces is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional (management consultant, lawyer, accountant, etc.).** Before making any important decision, please consult a qualified professional and make your final judgment based on that consultation.
## 2. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content in reports this service generates.
- AI-based analysis has inherent limitations and may contain flawed reasoning or factual errors.
- We machine-check whether each statement in a report is consistent with the input data (e.g., the meeting minutes), but this only confirms that "the input data says this" -- it does not confirm that the content itself is factually correct. For what falls outside the scope of this automated check, such as the validity of numeric calculations or legal/regulatory accuracy, please see the "Areas That Require Human Review" section included in both the formal report and the plain-language guide.
- The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
- This service is a beta version; its features and specifications may change or be discontinued without notice.
## 3. Data Handling
### Before You Submit
- Please anonymize client names and other identifying details before entering them.
### Data Sent to External Services
- The full text of your meeting minutes, and intermediate data derived from it, is sent to the Google Gemini API (paid tier) for analysis. Under Google's terms, prompts and responses for paid services are not used to improve Google's products, but are logged for a limited period of time for the purpose of detecting abuse. Terms:

- Search queries derived from your meeting minutes (such as industry names and competitor names) are sent to Tavily (a search API) to find reference information. Under Tavily's policy, some query data may be used to improve its responses. Policy:

### Data We Store
- The full text of your meeting minutes, your email address, the generated reports, and any edits you make to them are stored in a database on Google Cloud Storage (Tokyo region).
- We also keep citation-check records (which include quotations taken from your meeting minutes) and diagnostic logs from errors (which may include part of the intermediate analysis).
### Deletion
- There is currently no automatic deletion of stored data.
- If you would like your data deleted, please contact us using the details in "5. Contact" below. The operator will handle the request manually.
### Report URLs
- Anyone who knows a report's URL (/status/{job_id}) can view it. There is no login, and the URL does not expire.
- The report page also contains an edit form: anyone who knows the URL can edit the report without logging in (edits are submitted to /edit/{job_id}).
- The job_id in the URL is a 43-character random string generated from 32 bytes of cryptographically secure randomness.
### Emails
- Notification emails sent to you (report ready / report failed) contain only the report URL and fixed template text.
- Error notification emails sent to the operator may contain exception messages and parts of your meeting minutes.
## 4. When Points Remain Unresolved After Review
The analysis process built into this service includes multi-stage review by multiple AI reviewers. If, even after repeated review, some points remain where it cannot be confirmed that the reviewers' concerns were adequately addressed, the report will honestly disclose this fact along with the specific unresolved points. Please don't take the analysis results at face value — factor in these disclosures when forming your own judgment.
