Before drafting the strategic options, we reorganized the above research findings once using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats: one of the foundational frameworks, reportedly devised by Albert Humphrey of the Stanford Research Institute, used by nearly all strategy firms in executive-facing materials regardless of industry). Each strategic option is positioned on Ansoff's growth matrix (Growth Vector Matrix: a framework proposed by management scholar Igor Ansoff that classifies growth strategies by the novelty of market x product, commonly used for growth-strategy planning at BCG, McKinsey, Bain, and others). Before finalizing the recommendation, it went through a multi-stage review (a total of 3 rounds) by three reviewers, each bringing a different perspective: factual accuracy, feasibility, and logical structure.
